Tim Strange is an Affiliate Partner of JL Management and Affiliates. As a broker and an owner, Tim specializes in federal government-leased investment sales of General Services Administration (GSA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) properties throughout the United States and is partnered with Mark Philips as the GSA/VA Investment Specialists. With 30 years of experience, he has closed more than $1 billion in sale and leasing transactions during his career and was profiled in the book Brokers Who Dominate, 8 Traits of Top Producers. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) office specialist and is a past President of both Oklahoma chapters of CCIM and SIOR. He is also a past President of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council. As a general partner, Strange has been involved in the acquisition and development of twenty-four properties between 1995 and 2016 including office, retail, industrial, and GSA/VA leased buildings with an aggregate value in excess of $100 million. Notable acquisitions are 101 Park Avenue in downtown Oklahoma City and the Bank of America Tower in Tulsa. Notable developments include the Memorial Surgicare Center in Oklahoma City. He is Past President of the Rotary Club of (Downtown) Oklahoma City and is on the board of Leadership Oklahoma City (LOKC) He is a past co-chair of LOYAL Class IX and X of LOKC, past director of the Last Frontier Council Boy Scouts of America, past Director of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and past Director of the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA). He is a Silver Beaver recipient for service to Scouting  at the local level.
